I Submit the following Tweak, aimed at B-Chess stability:

In Rule 4E58 (Field Matches), change the word "shall" to "can" in the
following bit of text:
"he shall not Turn the Field more than once per rday."
}

I Activate the above Tweak.

Oh, and I forgot about sock money, but I will update that once we get a sock
report from whoever becomes sock pot-holster.
