Amend Rule 34 by replacing the following text:

The points -> mackerel exchange rate is 5.0 - that is, 1 point may be
exchanged for m5.

with

The points to mackerel exchange rate is 5.0 --1 point may be exchanged
for m5. The mackerel to points exchange rate is 0.2--m5 may be
exchanged for 1 point. Mackerel can only be exchanged for points in
amounts divisible by 5.
