I join the League for Sane B-Chess.

I create the following Contract titled "The First Nomic Gold Trust - B 
Nomic Branch"

{

WHEREAS the The First Nomic Gold Trust of Spork Nomic ("the Trust") 
holds an inventory of real gold and international currencies, and its 
Board desires to further diversify its Holdings:

Any B Nomic player may join this Contract by public announcement, thus 
becoming an Investor. Any player may leave this Contract at any time by 
public announcement.

The Trustee may announce a current set of Exchange Rates, which 
determine the number of B Nomic Macks required to purchase a milligram 
of gold from the Trust, and the number of  Macks offered by the Trust 
for its buy-back. The Trustee may announce a portion of the Trust's 
Holdings available for exchange, as well as additional parameters 
required to make a transaction.

An Investor may initiate an exchange with the Trust within those 
parameters by public announcement. A player leaving this Contract ceases 
to be an investor and will automatically sell any gold to the Trust at 
the current Exchange Rate.

Trust gold will remain in its secure facility with the expectation of 
buy-back, but physical delivery will be arranged for Investors 
requesting it.

The Trustee will receive the Macks transferred to the Trust, and pay out 
Macks owed by the Trust. If any player owns gold through this Contract, 
the Trustee should publish an updated report of Investor holdings to the 
public forum every nweek..

This Contract may only be modified by explicit consent of all current 
Investors, except the list of Investors may be updated for accuracy. The 
Trustee of this Contract is the B Nomic player "J".

The current Exchange Rates for the Gold Trust are currently parity:

Give the Trust 5 Macks for 1 mg gold.
Give the Trust 1 mg gold for 5 Macks.
