I submit the following Proposal, titled "Un-Overloading"

Change the title of Rule 72 to "Rumors"

Amend Rule 72 by replacing all instances of the word "Quorum" with "Rumor".

Amend Rule 72 by replacing the following text:

A Tidbit, which is the word "cheese," the word "CREAMPUFF," or the numeral
"3"

with

A Tidbit, which is the word "cheese," the word "CREAMPUFF," the numeral "3",
or the phrase "Not in the face!"
}}

Amend Rule 73 by replacing all instances of the word "Quorum" with "Rumor".
Amend Rule 73 by replacing all instances of the word "Quorums" with
"Rumors".

Amend Rule 30 by removing the following text:
