I think Hose's is an interesting proposal that merits debate.

BUT, I submit the following proposal, entitled "Double Super Caveat":

Whereas I honestly wasn't really being THAT careful when I came up with the
initial list of Essential Rules...

Whereas we wouldn't want to cash in our Triple Super Jackpot only to end up
with a BROKEN basic Ruleset...

Whereas I will eventually revise this Proposal by replacing the "----" with
a list of Rules that should be granted the Essential Property (or stripped
thereof), to be found via thorough examination by myself and all others
concerned...

Be it resolved that:

Reinstate all Rules that were Repealed by the Proposal entitled "Triple
Super Jackpot".

Give the Essential Property to the following Rules: ----

Remove the Essential Property from the following Rules: ----

Repeal all Rules that do not possess the Essential Property.

Dependency: "Triple Super Jackpot"
