I submit the following Proposal, titled "The No DH Rule":

Amend the Field Match named "Life" by replacing the following text:

2) If exactly one non-null Color of Cell exists, then the match ends,
with all Players whose Team is that color winning
}}
with

2) If exactly one non-null Color of Cell exists, then the match ends,
and the winning team is that color. The winners are the Players of the
winning team color who have invoked the Tweak action at least once.
}}
}}
