I submit the following Proposal titled "Mulberry Sounds So Calm":

[[ Do a nweekly reset of mental states in case a player forgets to
become Calm. Mulberry was chosen since it is the earliest nday in the
nweek that might not have problems, Breakday = lots of changes, Winday
= wins. This rule can be overridden by hoisting a different flag. ]]

At the beginning of Mulberry, nday 3, any PEPs who are Paranoid become
Calm if, and only if, the value of the Threat Flag is Pink Ponies.
