[s-b] Proposal: Mr. Fixit 2, Hurried as well!

I submit the following proposal, entitled "Mr. Fixit 2", in order to fix a
few other booboos from my proposals last nweek:

In Rule 15 (Proposals), replace the following sentence:

of supporters equal to Quorum minus one before nday 8, "Hurry" a specific

Modify the Blueprint named "Riot Corps" to read as specified below. If any
Plexiglass Walls exist, modify them accordingly:

Price: m200
Device: Plexiglass Wall
  Power: "Recruit"
     Effect: A single Target Player gains the property "Recruited" by
     Device owner. Target player cannot Pelt Device owner as long as
     he is Recruited.
     Conditions: Target player is Level 6 or lower. Device owner is
     Level 7 or greater.Target player is not Dead. Device owner owns
     one and only one Plexiglass Wall.
     Trigger: Game Action by owner, clearly indicating target player,
     followed by explicit consent by target player.
  Power: "Discharge"
     Effect: A Target Player loses the property "Recruited" by Device owner.
     Conditions: Target Player is currently Recruited by Device owner.
     Trigger: Target player achieves Level 7 or greater, or Device owner
     achieves Level 6 or lower, or Device changes ownership, or Device
     owner becomes Dead, or Target player becomes Dead, or either
     Target player or Device owner expresses their desire for Discharge
     via a Public Forum.
