Consultations appear to be up-to-date on the Public Display. Billy
Pilgrim, can you confirm this?

All additional game state should be correct with the exceptions of
state that was in the process of being contested or that caused the
emergency.

If Billy Pilgrim confirms the Consultations are up to date, and there
are no objections, I claim that the Miniministry of Catchup has
successfully performed its duties and should be dissolved.
