[s-b] Proposal: Give Ministries Their Props |
The current rule defining ministries is outdated, as it confers nothing but responsiblity upon a minister. Ministers already do more than that, such as selecting priests, creating blueprints, changing messages of the nweek, creating miniministries, etc. Therefore, I submit the following Proposal entitled "Give Ministries Their Props": {{ In Rule 6-1, amend the paragraph that reads { A Ministry is a Game Object that can be assigned to at most one Player. It represents the responsibility of that Player to keep Players aware of the state of a particular aspect of the game. } to read { A Ministry is a Game Object that can be assigned to at most one Player. It represents the responsibility of that Player to keep Players aware of the state of a particular aspect of the game, and may also represent the power of that Player to affect the gamestate in ways specified in the Ministry's definition. If a Ministry's defined powers conflict with any other part of the Rules, the latter takes precedence. } }} Billy Pilgrim _______________________________________________ spoon-business mailing list spoon-business@xxxxxxxxx http://lists.ellipsis.cx/mailman/listinfo/spoon-business
