Question: Is the MediaWiki software an Outsider?

Reasoning: The MediaWiki software is used as part of the b.nomic.net wiki.  As an Object is defined as, "anything that exists in the game," and the b.nomic.net wiki is used in the game (i.e. Public Displays), the software would appear to be an Object.  However, the MediaWiki software would exist without B Nomic, and does not exist merely due to B Nomic.  An External Force "is anything which exists independently of the game. That is, it would still exist if the game stopped existing, and would still exist if the game had never started existing."  The MediaWiki software also fits this definition.  Thus, since an Outsider is an Object that is also an External Force, the software would appear to be an Outsider.
