Re: [s-b] Action: Taking Ministry and Submitting a Consultation |
I answer Consultation 35 "No." Reasoning: Rule 3-12 says that a device may have powers. While the rule is badly written, it seems clear that uniqueness (also not explicitly pointed out as an "attribute") and powers are attributes of a device the same as ownership is. --Priest Wooble On 10/27/07, Mike McGann <nomic@xxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > I take the Ministry of Questions. > > I submit the following as a Consultation: > {{ > The Question: > Is the Blueprint for the Device named the "Holy Hand Grenade of > Antioch" invalid because it had no authority to define Powers for the > Device? > > Unbeliever: > Billy Pilgrim [[by the way, I like the new name.
