[s-b] Tidiness List, fixing a spivak error

I'll fix this on the wiki when I have access, error pointed out by Geoffrey.

1. Rule 1-4, paragraph 1, change "Public Display of the current Players and
Factions and eir Attributes and Properties" to "Public Display of the
current Players and Factions and their Attributes and Properties".

Spivak doesn't deal with plural pronouns, methinks.
