[s-b] Tidiness List + wiki account please

Hi. As my first game action, I'm submitting the Tidiness List below. I would
act on it and simply correct the Rules document, but do not as yet have a
wiki account. Could anyone please create one for me? username =
bad_leprechaun. Thanks! I'll clean up the rules document once I can access.

Tidiness List:

1. Rule 2-5, under the heading ZOTTING, change "an Consultation" to "a
Consultation"
2. Rule 2-8, change "suceeds" to "succeeds"
3. Rule 2-9, change "suceeds" to "succeeds"
4. Rule 3-10, paragraph 3, change "recieving" to "receiving"
5. Rule 3-10, paragraph 4, change "COOs" to "COO's", it's possessive.
6. Rule 3-10, paragraph 4, change "COOs" to "COO's", because it happens a
second time in that sentence.
7. Rule 3-10, paragraph 5, change "recieve" to "receive"
8. Rule 3-12, paragraph 6, change "effects" to "affects" which gives the
sentence the intended sense
9. Rule 3-12, paragraph 7, change "explicity" to "explicitly"
10. Rule 6-6, change "Wiki" to "wiki", for consistent capitalization.
Barring that, change "wiki" to "Wiki" in Rule 3-9, the other instance of
that word.
11. Rule 6-8, change "Minster" to "Minister"
