On Dec. 26 at 00:00:00 UTC, the first Refresh Proposal passes unanimously. This changes the text of Rule 2-2 and gives me 5 points (giving me the first points of the Third Era). All Panic Buttons become Off and B Nomic is no longer in a State of Emergency, and normal Game Time resumes. Wonko rules FALSE on RFJ 10 and Invalid on RFJ 11. On Dec. 27 at 00:00:00 UTC, it became nday 6. (Antonio, you can turn your clock updating script back on.)
