assign p15/0.

I submit prop. "Emergency Management Procedure" which I assign p16/0.

Optional amends prop. "Hard rules" (p8/2).

Antonio submits prop. "Judgment, the actual proposal" which I assign
p17/0.

Antonio submits prop. "you must be able to retract your proposal"
which I assign p18/0.

Comex submits prop. "Infinite search space" which I assign p19/0.

Comex submits prop. "Retroactive thing." which I assign p20/0. E then
amends it (p20/1).

It is currently nweek 112, nday 9. All Pending proposals become
Open. I'll send out a ballot shortly.
