Motion 368/0: Superpower Reallocation
A Proposal by Triller
Last modified on nweek 109, nday 8

In Rule 10-11, add the following:

At the beginning of each nweek, The Super will roll a
1d10. If the result is 10, then a Superpower is collected
from each Player who has any. If any Player has more
one Superpower, a Superpower is chosen at random
from those the Player holds. All of the collected
Superpowers are returned to the pool of unheld
Superpowers.

The unheld Superpowers are then allotted to Players
as follows:
The List of Current Players is Randomly Ordered.
The List of Superpowers is Randomly Ordered.
The first Player in the Randomly Ordered List receives
the first Superpower in the Randomly Ordered List. 
The second Player receives the second Superpower.
Continue in this manner until either the List of Players
or the List of Superpowers is exhausted. Any 
Superpowers not allotted in this manner remain unheld.
