Transferring Household Objects Limned Emphatically.

Let's see if I worded this properly. ]]
[[ r/1 allow Players activated abilities specified in the
rules. ]]

In Rule 1-2, under Activated Abilities, at the beginning
of the second paragraph, insert:

Players may have and are allowed to play Activated Abilities as specified in the Rules.
}}

In Rule 10-3, add after the last paragraph:

A Player in possession of a Carryable Household 
Object has the Ability {{0: Select a Player; Offer
the Object to the Selected Player.}}

A Player Selected by the previously stated Ability
has the Ability {{0: Move the Offered Object to be
held by you. This Ability can only be played by a
Player held by the same Object as the Offering Player.}}

The Offering Player may Revoke the Offer at any time
before the previously stated Ability is played.
