Create a new room:

Description: The room is empty, except for a large glowing crystal box
in the center. There are small footprints on the ground, as if
something or someone tiny just passed.
Hanging on the wall opposite the entrance there is a painting of an empty room
with a box in the center, you can't quite make out if it's supposed to be the
same room you are in or another, slightly different, room.

Ordinances:
If this room would become dark, it becomes lit instead.

When a player enters this room, e loses 1 point from a random stat.

Lose 1 point from each of your stats: If you hold a superpower and
there exists a superpower not held by any player, you exchange a random 
superpower not held by any player with a random superpower chosen among
those held by you.
