Peter's votes:
Motion 302/4: Design Offering Undoing Bureaucratic Talisman : For
Motion 303/3: Chad Handling And Rarity Issues Suggest Myriad Amendments : Maybe
Motion 304/0: Require Immediate Puzzle Pod Location Execution : Maybe Not
Motion 305/2: Set Amplitude Minimum Explicitly : Maybe Not
I could see it being easy to die several times in a row with this, if someone has a low amplitude and then loses some a couple times... And does the player die for each point of amplitude below zero? Maybe not, but it's not completely clear.

Motion 307/1: Talismanic Rarity Incongruities Plead Emendation : For
Motion 308/0: Quest Queue Quite Quixotic : Against
Not a bad idea, but as per Triller's comments (which basically echoed my thoughts), this needs some refining.

Motion 309/0: Attempt at Proposal : For
Motion 310/1: Permitting Partial Pen Persistence : Against
I can rarely find 5 things to prop each nweek anyway.

Motion 311/0: Uncommonly Good Talismans : Against
Motion 312/0: A Fate Worse Than Death : Maybe
Motion 313/0: Superpowers, Take 3 (4?) : Against
So the only way to get a superpower for us is to die?
