In rule 3-9, under section one add the following to the last paragraph:

In rule 9-8 remove the second bullet and replace all instances of ten with five.

Replace "A player may not trade a talisman that is 'cursed'." of rule 7-2 with 
"A player may not create or receive an 'impossibly uncommon' talisman if e already holds one."

Replace all instances of recieve with receive in rule 7-2.

Move rules 6-4 and 6-6 to section 9.
