In rule 9-4 of the ruleset, replace

If a proposal passes that defines a new Game Object or type of Game Object whose name is the Gibberish word, then the author of that proposal must change the Gibberish word to a word of eir choice. If multiple proposals pass at the same time that do this, then all of their effects are annulled instead. When a player selects a new Gibberish word, e must choose a word that is neither a Nomic Word nor the name of an existing Game Object or type of Game Object. If e fails to choose a valid Gibberish Word within one nweek, the Tiler must choose one for em.
