I'm not so sure about that... r3-9.2.D states that "Proposals that
satisfy more than one of the above requirements are worth 3 Genechips
per requirement fulfilled.", but it doesn't say anything about
proposals that only satisfy one of the requirements. (Likewise for the
other acronyms this nweek.)

Yes, but p116 removed the part that said Historical props weren't a
part of the game. (I didn't see a need for it, since the only things
that happen with props trigger off of becoming Historical, but having
a game document of a list of changes in the game state doesn't hurt
anything.)

So, I've updated the roster to say that BvS is now also p117. That's
all I'm gonna do for now. If someone wants to argue other effects,
feel free to submit a CFI. This ought to be fun.
