[s-b] Ministry Elections: Change/Tiles done, Spirituality/Cards starts

The elections for Change and Tiles are over.

Unless I missed something, Sonnet and I voted for me for Minister of
Change, and BvS and Wonko voted for Wonko. Thats a 2-2 tie, which the
rules now say is broken by who accepted eir nomination first. I
nominated myself right at the start, so I guess I win.

But Wonko, if you really want it back, let me know and I'll start an
election... But I thought that you said that you didn't want to be
responsible for participating on a regular basis.

I win the election for Tiles unanimously.

The election for Spirituality and Cards started yesternday, with BvS
being the only nominee for Spirituality. There are no nominees for
Cards, which is probably okay because it looks like the position will
go away in about an hour and a half. Voting is open through nweek 92
nday 1.

I vote BvS for Spirituality (although I think e'd win even with 0
votes).
