In this proposal "move to" means to "destroy the origninal and create a new copy in"  


Add to section 9 the following rule

Create a Rulebook named The Grid Rulebook. Move section 10 from the ruleset to the Grid Rulebook and rename it to be Basics and renumber it to be section 1.
Create a new section named Subgames.
Create the following rule in the section named subgames:
