Any reference to "the ccr" in this proposal is to be interpreted as The Collectable Card Rulebook. [[Because I'm lazy]]

Add to rule 2-1 of the ccr the following after the line with the word "type" in it:

Subtype - This determines if the card is affected by certain effects.

Element - This determines if a card can be used to pay an additional price of another card. [[This is like the colors in MtG]]. 

Additional Cost - The cost is paid by moving cards of the specified element and rarity from the prediscard pile to the discard pile.

Replace the period of the last sentence of rule 3-2 of the ccr with the following:

Replace paragraph 2 of rule 7-3 of the ccr with the following:

Prediscard Pile - Cards that are destroyed in play are put in eir original owner's prediscard pile. Players may freely look through eir opponents' prediscard piles. At the end of a turn that player's prediscard pile is emptied in eir discard pile.

Discard Pile - Cards that are discarded are put in eir original owner's discard pile. Players may freely look through eir opponents' discard piles.

Replace the paragraph below the words Main Phase in the ccr with the following:

The player may put cards from his hand into play if e has equal or greater amount AP than the AP of the cards and e has the cards listed in the additional cost in eir prediscard pile. AP used by card abilities also counts against this limit. When a card with an additional cost is played the cards of the additional cost are moved from the prediscard pile to the discard pile.}}
