Add this text to Rule 2-1 of the CC Rulebook right before "Rarity:"

Appearance - Cards can have a "picture" (i.e. description) associated with it. This can be either an image or a game document describing it.

Amend Rule 7-5 of the CC Rulebook; entitle it "Conflicts."

Rules on cards take precedence over these rules.

If two cards conflict, the Dealer shall use the following criteria in the following order to determine which card takes precedence:

 * If one card denies something and another permits it, the denial always takes precedence.
 * If two cards contradict one another on the same issue, but one is more specific, then the more specific card takes precedence.
 * If two cards flatly contradict each other in the absence of other criteria, the most-recently played card takes precedence.

"Charge Beam" -

Appearance - A bright light shines from the barrel of a large weapon.

Rarity - 3

Type - Thing

AP - 5

Set - First Edition

Text - Charge Beam starts with zero charge counters on it. At the end of your turn, put a charge counter on Charge Beam for each unused AP of yours that turn. If there are more than ten charge counters on Charge Beam, destroy it and one of your Power Gems. Use 1 AP: You may only use this if you have exactly ten counters on Charge Beam. Destroy a Power Gem.
