I was alex's cfi as a guide an because i skimmed thought the staement was the defendants statement. I amend the nonexistant statment of the cfi "Nice try, Peter" to read as follows:

Statement: Peter's proposal  is invalid because it does nothing that a proposal is supposed to do. It is no more valid than a proposal full of comments.
