So, I managed to make the Vat at 3-5, and then overwrite it with
Genechips. So, Genechips is actually rule 3-6 and Bounties is actually
3-7. I think that the only proposal this affects is p28, which as I
mentioned I don't think will work anyway (since the text will be
changed by the Tweak).

Sorry about that... I think everything's all set now.
