Replaces all instances of the word gambly in any of rules with the words Game Overseer.

Add the following game to The Minister of Gambling's list of allowed games:

The game of ID Blackjack is played with an infinite amount of the same deck and therfore the same card can be in theory be drawn an infinite amount of times. A deck consists of 13 cards named A,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,J,Q, and K. Cards with a number have that number be their value; cards with J, Q, or K are worth 10 in value; The A is worth 1 or 11 at the owners discretion.    
The value of a player's or dealer's hand is the sum of the value of the cards in that person's hand.The game begins when the player declares on a forum that e wishes to play and states eir bet, which must be an even positive number. The bet must be in the form of the currency the casino uses and the bet is transfered to the casino's vault.If the neither the casino owner or an employeee of the casino responds then the player receives eir bet back and the game ends.

The dealer then rolls 4 13 sided dice with the first two representing the dealers hand and the second two representing the player's hand. A roll of 1 represents an A, a number from 2-9 represents a card of that number and 11,12 and 13 represent J, Q, and K repectively. If the players hand is worth 21 right after receiving eir cards e recieves twice eir bet as a prize and the game ends.

A player with a hand worth less than 22 may either have a card added to eir hand by saying "hit me" or may say "I'm done". If the player has a hand worth more than 21 or has not taken an action in the game for 4 or more ndays the game ends. Once a player has said "I'm done" The dealer then adds cards to eir hand until it has a value equal to ro greater than 17. If the player's hand is higher i value than the dealer's hand or if the dealer's hand is worth more than 21 the player recieves 1.5 times the amount e bad bet and the game ends.

When the game ends all the cards are put back into the infnite pile of decks.
