I submit a Tweak:

Amend the rule entitled Genechips by removing the text "Genechips are 
auotmatically, replacing the text "The Title forms an acronym" with 
"The Title forms an acronym that is a Nomic Word or sequence of Nomic 
Words", and replacing the text "Proposals may be worth multiple 
Genechips" with "Proposals that satisfy more than one of the above 
requirements are worth 1 Genechip plus 1 extra Genechip per requirement 
they fulfill."

The first fix removes the sentence fragment. The second fix requires 
that the Title be an English Word acronym instead of an arbitrary 
string of characters. The third clarifies the multiple-genechip line to 
ensure that a proposal can't get multiple genechips by fulfilling a 
requirement more than once.

This is needed before the end of the nweek to stop players from gaining 
thousands of genechips (and I do mean thousands).
