There exists a Game Document called the Nbrgd Dctnry of B Nmc, also know as the B-Dict. The B-Dict consists of a series of Entries, each of which is a name and a definition.

A Nomic Word is any string of characters that is either an English Word or is the name of an Entry in the Nbrgd Dctnry of B Nmc.

In the rule entitled ==Playing== in the Tiles section of the Ruleset, replace "English Word" with "Nomic Word".

Put the following entries in the Nbrgd Dctnry of B Nmc. : 
 Proosal:: A word equivalent to the word "proposal", but far superior.
 Nomic:: A game where changing the rules is a move. See the [http://www.nomic.net/~nomicwiki/index.php/NomicFaq Nomic Faq] for more information. 
 DimShip:: A mechanical craft used during the mid first nyear as a means of traveling between different planes of dimensional existence. The mechanism proved unstable, and their use was discontinued after they almost destroyed the fabric of the universe.
