This is, without a doubt, the worst voter turnout I've ever seen. Then 
again, this is also the second worst Ballot I've ever seen. I'm going 
to assume that everyone's got Spring Break or whatever, and the game 
isn't actually dead; but judging by these records, Peter and I are the 
only players still active.
