Iain incarnates at (3,1,3) and shoots at me.

Necessary dice rolls are:
1d2: on a 1, Peter hits (2,1,3).
3d2: if any are 1s, I hit (1,1,3).
1d2: on a 1, Iain his (2,1,3).

Followup rolls depend on what hits and what misses.
