I create an Avatar at (2,1,3).

That may be illegal, since Peter might have destroyed me; either way I 
have an Avatar at (2,1,3).

I increase my AvSpeed by 1 (for my earlier kill). Then I fire a jet of 
water at (1,1,3) three times.
