If there isn't any rule called __Alcohol__, then this proposal does nothing.

Otherwise: 
amend the rule called __Alcohol__ by replacing the text

If a Player's BAC is ever greater than or equal to 10, that Player becomes Blacked Out. If a Blacked Out Player's BAC is ever less than 10, e is no longer Blacked Out. A Blacked Out Player may not take any Action.

Any Action done by any Player has a probability of X/10 of not taking place, where X is that Player's BAC.


When any Player Votes in a Ballot, the Chairman must do the following X times, where X is that Player's BAC: choose one of the Polls in the Ballot and randomly change the Player's vote to either Yes or No with equal probability.

A Player is said to be Blacked Out if eir BAC equals or exceeds 10. A Blacked Out Player may not perform any of the following actions:
 * Drinking
 * Fermenting
 * Picking fruits
 * Watering plants
 * Planting fruits

When a nonsober player attempts any of the above actions, e must roll 1d10; if the roll is lower than eir BAC, then the attempt fails and the player may not perform that action for the rest of the checking period.

There exist objects called Potions. A Player possessing a Potion may drink it. This destroys the Potion, and may have other effects defined by the rules.

Bloody Harrys are Potions. A player who possesses one Tomato Drink and two Thorn Drinks may mix them together to create a Bloody Harry, destroying the three drinks. When a player drinks a Bloody Harry, eir AvPower increases by 2 until the end of the nweek, but eir AvSkill decreases by 1 until the end of the nweek.
