Create the following card:

Image: A pile of monopoly(r) get out of jail free cards

This card may only be played if and only if the player playing it is in Jail. When this card is played, the player playing this card ceases to be In Jail.

Append the following to the end of rule 14:

When a new player joins the game, e receives a Get Out of Jail Free card from the Deck. If there are no copies in the Deck, a new one is created and given to the new player instead.

Create one Get Out of Jail Free card, and give it to the first player who was ever known as Hjallti, if such a player exists. If no such player exists, put the Get Out of Jail Free card in the Deck.
