Rodney changes eir name to "Dyslexic Q-Thief". Don't try stealin'
any Qs from the Board.

Dyslexic Q-Thief forms Conpircy 2 with a silly charter. 
E's in charge of tracking it. E does not succeed in making the
changes to the Gamestate, since any Nomics e may create have
nothing to do with the Rules of this Game. (Why not just prop the
changes?)
