I create a Small Pewter Hat at E0.

To avoid editing wars, I'm not going to edit the wiki myself, but let the
minister of the board do it. However, I maintain that it currently ought to

I would like to point out that Phil's squid isn't here because, while he is
the minister of the board, there is no rule which exempts him from having to
include an accurate representation of the board along with his intent to
move, which he didn't. (He doesn't appear to have even announced the second
one.) 

It appears, Wonko, that you didn't get several emails, most notably mine
about the black hole and Phil's about agreeing with me. I would reccomend
looking for them, or if you just didn't get them, I'll forward them to you
if you want.
