Create the following rules in the Book of Piece:

House is a type of Piece, denoted by 'H'.

Houses can only be created in the following manner:
 1. First, a player must have five Pennies in five adjacent squares, laid out in the following manner:

    p
 2. Second, The player declares eir intent to create a House. The Pennies are removed from the Board, and a House is placed in the square where the center Penny was.

Once placed on the Board, a House cannot be moved.

__Small Pewter Hat__

Small Pewter Hat is a type of Piece, denoted by 'h'.

The following are legal moves:
 * Moving a small pewter hat 1 space up, down, left, or right.
 * Placing a Hat under a House. The Hat is then said to be Hanging in that House. While Hanging in the House, the only legal action that can be taken towards that Hat is for its owner to remove it from the House.
