I propose the following:

Add the following Rules to the Book of Piece:

{{__BoP Rule 4. Jesters__
Jester is a type of Piece, denoted by '?'.

The following are legal moves:
 * Tickling a Jester. When a Jester is Tickled, the Jester moves to a
randomly determined square. If that square is occupied, the occupied
piece is removed from the board and destroyed.

 * Moving a Jester to one of the two central squares, provided that
square is unoccupied.

{{__BoP Rule 5. Black Holes__
Black Hole is a type of piece, denoted by 'X'.

The following is a legal move:
 * Creating a Black Hole on any square.

When any piece is adjacent to or on the same square as a Black Hole, 
that piece is removed from the board and destroyed.
