Under r1583/2, it is illegal for anyone to perform a duty if they did it within the past two nweeks. The new 'Election Duty' is performed by calling an election on all free ministries; this will be needed again at the beginning of the next nweek.
	Calling elections on all free ministries also is a duty of the Kurt Godel, however, and it seems to me that r1583/2.C effectively prohibits Kurt Godel from fulfilling eir duties: since calling elections on all ministries would fulfill the Election Duty, and Kurt Godel did the Election Duty at the beginning of this nweek, e is not allowed to call elections at the beginning of next nweek.
	Since I plan to propose at least one new ministry soon, this is problematic, so ]]

from rule fifteen-eighty-three.
Reletter the rest.
