It looks like Araltaln actually found the Philosophies in Google's cache, and put them on the Wiki:

I don't think it makes any difference whether they exist, though - if the rules don't recognize them as existing, then they can't have an effect on the game, whether we consider them to be Game Objects or not. But I'll change my prop to account for this anyway.

That would destroy all cards - no rule specifically mandates the existence of the card "Your Spoo Has Too Much Fleem". Its existence is sanctioned by the rules, though, indirectly, because the rules allow the card definition to define the card, even though the card definition is not a rule itself.

I amend my proposal _``_Clearing the State as well_``_ to be:
{{

_``_Clearing the state as well_``_

Destroy all points. Set each player's Charm, Activity, and Style to 1.

Amend r13 to change "sanctioned by the ruleset" to "specified by the current ruleset or by a different document that is granted the power to specify objects by the ruleset" in the first paragraph.

Destroy all things that were once Game Objects (and not outsiders - no destroying former players) but are not anymore. (I still maintain that this will do nothing, as they don't exist anyway, but what the hell.)

Move all Cards to the Deck, if Cards are still defined by the rules.

Make all Gremlins Active, if Gremlins are still defined by the rules.

If Societies are still defined by the rules, destroy all societies except:
* M-Tek
* Wealthy Bastard Enterprises
* Insert Name Here
* The Underground Society
* The Mercantile Society
* UNSEEN

}}

BTW, recognition of these probably won't happen until tomorrow evening. Until we end the SOE, the clock isn't even moving, so this won't make a difference.
