[Spoon-business] CFI -3 |
I submit the CFI: {{ __-3__ Statement: It is now nweek 65, nday 5.Analysis: Over 10 days ago, the display on the B Nomic page said that the Clock said it was nweek 65, nday 5. By rule 125/1, "Any action which is required to be performed by the Administrator or a Minister may also be performed by an automated script, program or webpage, or collection of same (otherwise known as a "software system"), acting on the Administrator's behalf." Rule 214/2 requires the Clock to be displayed in public view. Therefore, this statement of the script running the display counts for the Statute of Limitations. The Administrator has almost certainly not prevented the effects of rule 129/6. Therefore, as no one has objected to the statement, the gamestate has been altered to match it. However, the Clock is still Off [[regardless of the outcome of -1, as it'll have turned off after nday 3 due to unrecognized actions]], so it is not yet nday 6. [[It may well be the case that it will have been ntomorrow, though.]]
}}As is becoming usual, I'll name the Administrator the defendant for this one. (Sorry, Zarpint.)
