Body: Choose a Hat. That Hat is moved to your possession, you cease to 
Wear any other hat you might be wearing, and you start to Wear the 
chosen Hat.

Image: A person being held down as another person places the Cursed 
Beanie of Excruciating Irritation on their his head.

Body: Choose a Free Hat and a player other than yourself. The Hat is 
moved to that player's possession, and that player Wears that Hat 
instead of any other.

Body: Choose a Hat in any player's possession. That Hat becomes Free.
