Here are part of the vote results. I have implemented all passed and
shelved props, but haven't yet updated the Roster, and haven't finished up
a lot of other stuff. Officially, this will (I hope!) all get done soon
enough. Possibly even ntoday, but maybe not.

Sorry for the increasing sluggishness. Work is not always pleasant. You
folks *sure* you don't want to work out some sort of Executive Committee
where the rest of you do the work, and I can just kick back and take all
the credit?

(Aside: Anyone here familiar with UPSes and battery backup power supplies,
and why one might stop working, then shoot out sparks? Or just plain die
at 3 a.m.?)
