Wonko did, in a private mail, vote Yes on the M-Tek prop. E then changed
eir vote back to Shelve a few moments later, having fulfilled the M-Tek
charter requirement.

Teucer's vote on p1669 is changed to Yes, per the M-Tek Charter. (Do
Charters really have force of rule in this case? That sounds like another
disaster waiting to happen...)

Apparently, at some point, Wonko attempted to declare p1665 Fatally
Flawed, but the only message I saw to that effect was on -discuss.
Fortunately, the prop was Shelved anyway.
