Open CFIs:

I vaguely remember Glotmorf ruling on CFI 1602. If so, please tell me so,
and I'll dig for the ruling. If not, I'll have to recuse em.

Wild Card is recused from CFI 1610. It is reassigned to the Upper House.

Emil Bleehall is recused from CFI 1616. Ditto the Upper House.

Did BvS rule on CFI 1620? If not, well, e's recused as well, Upper House.

The Upper House presently consists of Anything McGee, Iain, Rob, Wonko,
and maybe Glotmorf and Baron von Skippy (contingent upon whether or not
they've ruled on the above CFIs that I can't find).


Random Voting Stuff:

I disagree with the "infinite numbers of Selective Lobbyist votes"
interpretation of SkArcher. Since e didn't provide an alternate (i.e. "if
this doesn't work, I want my two votes to go here and here"), I'm just
discarding all of eir real and alleged Selective Lobbyist votes.

BvS doesn't cause Wonko to forfeit. That's just silly.
Anything McGee gives 5 points to BvS. BvS gives 'em back. Yay.

The Baron's "no new players" CFI is 1626, assigned to SkArcher.
BvS may or may not be suffering from massive multiple personalities.
Pending the resolution of the relevant CFI, I don't recognize said
multiple personalities.

I finally get round to updating some titles. bd is promoted to Patriarch
(+3 Respect). Iain's title is corrected to Oligarch.
