Recognizer stuff first:

bd changes eir Philosophy to Selective Lobbyist. (There's a bug...)

New prop: "Make your mind up first!" is p1581/0.

I acknowledge the supreme irony of modifying rule 301 (which is done a
couple of times this nweek, whilst the massive 'repeal a third of the
ruleset' prop is shelved) but what the hell.

Weirdness that needs to be pointed out somewhere:
* Since Automation Scripts are gone, bd's points are no longer
  automatically transferred to the First National Bank of bd. Thus, the
  Bank holds 64 of bd's points, and bd holds the balance (presently 9).
* Orc is placed on Forced Leave.


Nweek transition stuff:

Votes are counted.
Rocky no longer exists. Ah well.
The Token of Proposals is awarded to Wonko.
All the usual stuff is requested of the usual people (complimentary vSOI
gnomes, Force Recovery, et cetera).
Curt and Rod, who somehow escaped Wonko's Wrath, move fearfully.
