I propose:

Rule 208 [[Proxies]] is amended by removing the text {{[[so that people can't reap multiple contrary-vote points off of proxies]]}}, by replacing the text {{be held}} with {{another player}}, and by adding the following text at the end of the rule:

{{A player may not hold more than one other player's proxy during a voting period.}}
